How long does it take for me to get paid?

Once we have processed your watch through inspection, we will send your payment within 72 hours. If your watch has been sold via consignment, we wait after the buyer return window has passed before we send payment within the 72 hour window.

How long does it take for me to get my new watch after the trade in?

Once inspection is complete, we typically ship your new watch within 48 hours.

What kind of watches do you accept?

We specialize in classically sized, beautifully designed vintage watches that are not commonly offered by other dealers. We carry brands such as Cartier, Piaget, Rolex, Audemars Piguet and Patek Philippe. However, as lovers of high design, we are open to purchase watches from other brands as well. We will provide a fully insured shipping label to you and detailed instructions on how to safely and properly package and ship your watch us.

Will my offer ever change after I submit the quote online?

We will always lead with our best offer. While a vast majority of offers do not change, there might be a few reasons that an offer can decrease after being received by our authenticators and watchmakers. The most common reasons for a reduction include submitting the wrong model number, a non-accurate description of condition or included accessories, or a required regulation or service required after extensive testing. Understanding the condition of your watch and the accessories it comes with will certainly help you decide if you'd like to follow through with sending in your watch for the final offer. If at any time you decide to decline the final offer, we will mail your watch back to you fully insured and free of charge.

What are your consignment fees?

We collect consignment fees as a commission at time of sale. Consignment commission fees range from 10-30% depending on the brand, model, condition and overall state of the watch market. There are no upfront fees. During inspection, our watchmakers may recommend a service, part replacement or any other additional work. Any work undertaken on the watch will be agreed in advance and the cost is the responsibility of the owner which will be collected either at time of sale or consignment termination.

What if I decide to cancel our consignment arrangement?

You have every right to take your watch back. Should you decide to cancel the consignment arrangement prior to the end of our term, you will be charged an admin fee of $150 USD + the cost of return shipping and pre-approved service work performed (if any).
